Refund policy

We take pride on everything we make! However, please know that customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Miluk Collections. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your pieces within 5 business days after received. You must notify us via email at: info@milukcollections.com. Full refund is only available on any item that may have arrived damaged or a production error. Such case must be notified within no longer than 2 business days after merchandise was delivered.

Custom/ Special Orders are FINAL sale. No exchanges or refunds available.

All other approved exchanges will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Any products purchased through any of our retailers, may solely be returned to them and are strictly subject to each retailer’s return/exchange policy.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please know, that all international orders are subject to each country’s import taxes, custom duties, and brokerage fees. Recipient is responsible for paying these fees. Miluk Collections cannot control these charges, and cannot predict them either. Each fee is subject to every country’s policy. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further detailed information on this.

Miluk Collections is not responsible for any extra shipping charges to undeliverable addresses or return to sender fees. If a customer declines to pay duties and leaves package abandoned, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
